The Deadly Dapperling (Lepiota brunneoincarnata) is a poisonous mushroom species of the genus Lepiota. It is mainly found in Europe and parts of Asia. This mushroom contains amatoxins and phallotoxins, similar to those found in the death cap (Amanita phalloides).
